Add a genre filter to TBR and Log.

We will make it easy to sort your TBR by genre (as well as your reading log).

This is still using the genre system that publishers provide, but it is a good starting point. Long term, we want to build our own genre system as the BISAC publishing system is lacking a lot of things.
