Need to change the card or card number?

If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, log in to Stripe to update your payment method. If you paid via PayPal, you need to log in there to update it.

Need to cancel?

If you paid via credit card or bank transfer, log in to Stripe to cancel. If you paid via PayPal, you need to log in there to cancel your subscription. Just email us if you need any help here.

Want to upgrade?

Just email forauthors@bookdna.com, and we can do that.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time :). If you cancel mid-year, you can still use the product as usual until your plan expires. We don’t offer refunds unless they're requested within 72 hours of ordering, since this is a yearly plan.
